Woo Hoo! The Milestones site is live

Today the Milestones site went live at MilestonesInc.org. I am excited to have this project finished, I have been working on it for a while and had some trouble at the end getting everything working right on their servers; migrating Wordpress wasn’t as easy as I was expecting, or I did something wrong. It’s likely I did something wrong. But all is well now. Overall I am really happy with the site, I think it turned out well and I hope it will be more informative and easy to navigate than their previous site.

Check it out and let me know what you think, There are still some pages sparse on content which we are working to get filled, but we wanted to get the new site up and running as early as we could this year. I hope you like it.

DAAP has infiltrated my dreams

Most people dream about far off places, or trippy LSD like worlds where their brother is actually a monkey.  But not me.  Last night I dreamt about CSS.  Even my subconscious is boring, I blame DAAP.  I made the University of Cincinnati Equestrian Team website last year and built a CMS so that I wouldn’t have to do upkeep on the site.  Well, according to my dream last night they put a repeating image of Christmas trees in the background, and had center aligned all the text on the site.

This is what my nightmares come to, repeated backgrounds and center aligned text.  My life is sad.  Given, they really did center align text on the home page, which really pissed me off, but I go over it (obviously).  But really, subconscious, could you send me some more interesting and exciting dreams please?
